High-voltage Vacuum Contactor

The vacuum tube's moving conductor is connected to the insulator, connecting rod, contact spring, and cantilever via a rotating shaft. When closing, the closing circuit energizes the closing coil via an auxiliary switch, driving the connecting rod to rotate the shaft upward, simultaneously moving the cantilever upward. This action closes the contacts within the vacuum tube via the contact spring, providing contact pressure to ensure reliable closure without bounce. During the holding state, the auxiliary switch is open, and the holding coil is energized, maintaining the contactor in the closed state. When the power supply circuit is de-energized, the contactor opens, driving the shaft downward. Simultaneously, the contact spring's and opening spring's restoring forces separate the vacuum tube contacts by a specified distance, ensuring reliable opening.

It achieves protection control and communication functions. The controller and the switch unit are electrically connected through control cables and aviation connectors to integrate protection, measurement, control, detection, and telecontrol functions. It can automatically eliminate the impact of transient faults on the line and isolate permanently faulty sections, automatically restoring power to non-faulty sections to avoid prolonged large-scale power outages. This achieves intelligent grid and automatic monitoring functions. This product uses a large 160*160 LCD screen with full Chinese display and 12 independent keys.
