The ZN63A-12 indoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker can be installed in both trolley-type switchgear and fixed switchgear. This circuit breaker has advantages such as long life, simple maintenance, no pollution, no explosion hazard, and low noise. The operating mechanism is spring-energy storage type, which can be operated by AC or manually; and it is suitable for harsh working conditions such as frequent operation.
Working Principle
The energy required for the circuit breaker to close is supplied by the spring energy storage mechanism. The energy storage mechanism can be driven by an external power supply motor or manually. After energy storage is complete, the energy storage indicator shows "Energy Stored". At the same time, the energy storage switching switch cuts off the power supply of the energy storage motor, and the circuit breaker is in the ready-to-close state. During the closing operation, whether the "Close" button is pressed manually or the closing electromagnet is activated by remote operation, the circuit breaker can be closed. After the closing operation is completed, the energy storage indicator and energy storage switching switch reset, the motor power is turned on, and the motor stores energy again. The closing indicator shows "Closed", and the auxiliary switch contacts are switched. During the tripping operation, whether the "Trip" button is pressed manually or the closing electromagnet is activated by remote operation, the circuit breaker can be tripped. After the tripping operation is completed, the tripping indicator shows "Tripped", and the auxiliary switch contacts are switched. At the same time, during the tripping operation, the counter automatically advances one position, and the corresponding number can be seen from the panel viewing window.
