Our company's independently developed intelligent permanent magnet controller adopts a perfect design concept of microcomputer-type relay protection. The controller has a total of 5 analog input channels: A-phase current, B-phase current, C-phase current, zero-sequence current, and AC interphase voltage. The controller monitors the values of these analog quantities in real time and compares them with set values to determine line faults and perform corresponding processing. It has a 485/232 communication interface. This intelligent permanent magnet controller uses a UPS uninterrupted power supply design and has an automatic battery protection function. During a long power outage, it can automatically cut off the battery power to prevent long-term battery discharge and damage.
