This product conforms to the following standards: GB3906 "3.6-40.5KV AC metal-clad switchgear and control equipment", GB/T11022 "Common technical requirements for high-voltage switchgear and control equipment", IEC62271:200 "AC metal-enclosed switchgear and control equipment with rated voltage above 1KV and below 52KV", DL/T404 "Technical conditions for ordering indoor AC high-voltage switchgear".

The enclosure is IP4X, and it is IP2X when the compartment doors and circuit breaker chamber doors are open.

 

Product Structural Features

1、 Switchgear structure (see Figure 1).

2、 Fully metal-clad, assembled structure, wide range of combination schemes.

3、 The cabinet uses imported aluminum-zinc coated thin steel plates, processed by MINGE machine tools, adopts advanced multiple crimping technology, and is connected by rivet nuts and high-strength bolts. It features high precision, light weight, high strength, and strong parts commonality.

4、 It can be equipped with VS1-24 series or imported VD4 series vacuum circuit breakers, which are widely applicable, highly reliable, and maintenance-free for many years.

5、 The truck has working and testing positions, and each position has a positioning and display device, which is safe and reliable.

6、 Various trucks are modular and interchangeable, ensuring that trucks of the same specification can be freely interchanged, while trucks of different specifications cannot be entered.

7、 Grounding switch installation methods: (1) Installed in the middle of the cabinet (front-mounted) for easy double-sided maintenance from the rear of the cabinet (Figure 1-a). (2) Installed at the rear of the cabinet (rear-mounted) to save space and area when installed against the wall (Figure 1-b).

8、 Current transformer installation methods: (1) Positive installation in the rear cable compartment; (2) Hanging installation at the bottom of the large bend plate.

9、 The cable compartment can accommodate up to 9 single-core cables.

10、 Each high-voltage compartment has a pressure relief channel to ensure personal safety.

11、 Highly reliable interlock device, fully meeting the "five-prevention" safety requirements.

12、 The truck is transported by a special carrier, making operation convenient and flexible.

13、 The front and rear doors are equipped with observation windows for convenient observation of the working status of the internal components.
