The ZW32-12 outdoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker is a 12kV rated voltage, three-phase AC 50Hz outdoor power distribution equipment. It is suitable for use in substations and industrial and mining enterprise power distribution systems for protection and control, as well as in rural power grids with frequent operations. It can also be used as a ring network power supply unit and terminal equipment for power distribution, control, and protection of electrical equipment. When combined with an isolating switch, it can also be used as a sectionalizing switch. It is mainly used to open and close load current, overload current, and short-circuit current in the power system. The vacuum arc extinguishing chamber adopts patented sealing technology, and the external insulation uses a silicone rubber bushing, which has a long life, high reliability, good weather resistance, easy transportation, and high cost performance; the operating mechanism adopts a miniaturized, highly reliable spring operating mechanism, with a simple structure and a mechanical life of up to 20,000 times; if an advanced permanent magnet mechanism is used, the mechanical performance is more stable and reliable; and it can be equipped with a manual switching mechanism, allowing for manual switching operations on-site if necessary. This circuit breaker can be equipped with a controller to form a recloser, realizing the "four remote" functions of remote control, remote measurement, remote signaling, and remote adjustment. Product features: no risk of combustion or explosion, maintenance-free, small size, light weight (less than 100kg), long life (tens of thousands of times), safe and reliable, simple operation, easy maintenance and installation.
